Shipping Policy

Every item at Gulf Coast Gear Co is made to order. That means your piece doesn't exist yet when you hit "buy" — it's printed, cut, and finished just for you. We think that's worth a little extra time.

Production Time

Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. This is separate from shipping time below. During high-volume periods (holidays, new drops), production may take slightly longer — we'll do our best to keep you posted.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:

US Standard: 3–7 business days
US Express: 1–3 business days
International: 7–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Total time to your door = production time + shipping time. For US Standard orders, that's typically 5–14 business days start to finish.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our production facility.

International Orders

We ship to many countries outside the US. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Delays

While we work hard to get your order to you on time, occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or high order volume. We are not liable for delivery delays once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier.
