Returns & Exchanges

Every shirt we sell is printed just for you after you order. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting. That’s what lets us offer so many designs and colors. It also means we can’t take a shirt back once it’s been made for you.

Size, color or change of mind
Because each shirt is printed to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color or a change of heart. Please check our Sizes page before you order. Each shirt fits a little differently, and the chart there shows the real measurements. Not sure? Email us before you buy, and we’ll help you pick.

If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right
If your shirt arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, or you got the wrong item, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. You won’t need to send the shirt back. If we can’t replace it, we’ll refund you instead.

Cancelling an order
Orders go to print quickly. If you need to cancel or change something, email us as soon as you can. Once printing has started, we can’t cancel the order.

Lost or stuck in the mail
If your tracking hasn’t moved or your package never showed up, email us. We’ll look into it with you.
